Only the highest quality natural materials, certified & verified sustainable vegetable tanned leathers and artisan skilled craftsmanship are used in the making of our boots.

No detail is overlooked in each step of the design, development, production and quality assurance that goes into each pair, built to last over a lifetime with proper care. 

We are constantly developing, testing and searching for the best & most innovative leather offerings to pass along to you, and other options not listed on our site may be available.

Manufacturing Process

Orders (non-rush) are serviced on a first come first served basis with the longest possible estimated turnarounds posted to each order page.

No matter which workshop location, every team member works on every pair of boots that we ship.

Whether it’s leather dyeing, pattern cutting, hardware setting, sewing, lasting, welting, or finishing, your boots will begin and end construction in Long Beach, California USA.

Because of our Agile and specialized team structure and processes, we can service 3-week rush orders, custom orders and colors and other custom requests only limited by your imagination.

Ordering Process

  1. Choose your desired boot model & available options, then submit payment for your order through our website.
  2. Once we receive your confirmed order, it’s then submitted for construction within 24-48 hours.
  3. When your boots are ready to be shipped, you'll get another email notification to confirm your shipping address before we ship your boots to you.

Sizing Process

We can accomodate B through EEE widths and sizes starting at US Men's 5 & up.

Active Customer Orders

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority through completion of each order, and each turnaround is an estimate based on active customer queue, current supply levels, available options and order details. These turnaround estimates can be affected by a customer’s special order requests or the attention demanded or required to actively manage completion of their order. 

Please note below some of the frequent customer scenarios that can cause an order turnaround estimate to be extended or delayed:

  • If a customer asks for special requests to their order
  • If a customer requires special attention to change an order or its details
  • If a customer sends non-urgent questions or messages (e.g. status updates)
  • If a customer expects or demands a rush order or delivery deadline without its purchase

We offer rush-order service for customers who have pressing deadlines for special occasions. If you have a pressing deadline for which your boots must be completed, it’s required that you request and purchase rush-order service to obtain an aligned and guaranteed delivery date. Otherwise, all turnarounds posted to our order pages are estimates and early deliveries are not promised nor guaranteed without first purchasing rush-order service.

Rush & Custom Orders

We offer rush-order service for customers who have pressing deadlines for special occasions. If you have a deadline for which your boots must be completed, it’s required that you request and purchase rush-order service to obtain an aligned and guaranteed delivery date. Otherwise, all turnarounds posted to our order pages are estimates and early deliveries are not promised nor guaranteed unless first purchasing rush-order service.

Warranty Info

Our boots are designed, built and engineered to withstand heavy duty work conditions & leisure activities.

If any part of your boots are found defective in either materials or manufacturing, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the given time periods:

  • Boot Upper: Within 2 years of delivery
  • Boot Outsole: Within 1 year of delivery

Extensions and exceptions are available on a case by case basis. Please note that this warranty applies only to the original customer of each pair of boots and does not apply to any boots resold on the secondary market.

If an order is confirmed, rest assured that your place in queue is reserved and we are actively managing the completion of your order. If you have a question about your order after its confirmed, please review the details on your product’s webpage before first contacting us with any requests for status updates or other non-urgent matters as most critical information is posted to our website pages. 

If you have an urgent need or question to ask about your active order, please send us only one message and ensure your communication is concise, of critical priority and includes all details that we’ll need to respond to your message or request. Our time is limited and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to complete and ship each order.
