Size Exchanges & Remakes

First boot orders are eligibility for one complimentary size exchange if they do not fit properly and if you submitted a request through our size form and ordered your recommended size.

While all of our boots require a break-in period, they should fit snug but not be painfully unbearable at the first try-on.

Please contact us immediately to initiate your size exchange or remake immediately after your boots are delivered and you try them on if you believe they do not fit you properly.

Returns and Refunds

Ready-to-Wear orders are eligible to return for refund 14 days after confirmed delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Made-to-Order orders are eligible for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return confirmation email with instructions on how to return your order.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once received and inspected, we will notify your of your return’s acceptance. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pre-order Cancellations

Pre-orders (MTO) are eligible for cancellation within 48 hours after order confirmation. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can revolve the problem.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on discounted orders, sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day “Cooling Off” Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is purchased from and shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, completely unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
